  • For all European countries, prices include Swedish VAT at 25%.

  • All taxes are calculated and included in the final price communicated at the end of your order.

  • All attempts to fraud or invalid credit card information will be prosecuted by law. We reserves the right to end our agreement if we suspect any fictious or incorrect orders.

  • A NESTING PLACE reserves against errors in information given regarding size, price or colours. We can not guarantee that the items appearance fully corresponds to reality.

  • To order at anestingplace.com, you must be 18 years old, or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders.

SHIPPING

We will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from that you have made your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

We can not guarantee that all products shown at anestingplace.com are available in stock at the time of your order. If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and we will give you a full refund.

Sweden: 
- Standard shipping 2-3 days - free of charge.
- Express shipping 1-2 days - at 100kr.

Europe:
- Standard shipping 2-5 days - at a flatrate of 200kr. 


SHIPMENT INFORMATION

PostNord (Sweden)
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.postnord.se

Postnord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

DHL:

Orders are shipped out from Stockholm, Sweden. All prices shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. A Nesting Place is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment, therefore, make sure to send the package well packed.


RETURN SHIPPING

How to make a return:
1. Contact us at info@anestingplace.com with the subject line “Return order”.
2. We will get back to you confirming the return. We will send you a return shipping label.
3. Pack the product properly, use the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, similar to that you received the package to you.
4. Attach the return label on the package.
5. Drop the package to a Postnord or DHL service point.
6. Once the package has returned to us you will receive a confirmation from us.

When you use your right to return the cost for return shipping is payed by the customer. Return shipping is adjusted in connection with the refund of your money. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us.


PAYMENT REFUND

In case of a return we will refund your payment, minus the shipping costs, via the same means used to make the initial purchase. Repayment is normally within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 days after we have received and accepted the return. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded.


QUALITY CLAIMS

If you want to make a claim regarding your A Nesting Place product purchased at anestingplace.com due to a flaw in its quality, please contact us at info@anestingplace.com. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage. When contacting us about a claim please send along high quality images of the defect plus your web order number. This will speed up the process. We follow Swedish consumer laws in claim cases.


TRANSPORT DAMAGES

If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.


UNCOLLECTED DELIVERIES

A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and it is returned to us, we will treat it as a regular return. Additional handling cost may apply and will be deducted from the return amount to you.


PERSONAL DATA

According to Swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to treat your personal data. All the information you give us or that we get when you visit our site will be handled responsibly and safely by A Nesting Place. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you and for marketing purposes. A Nesting Place will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party for marketing purposes unless you agree to it. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it is corrected or deleted.

When you sign up to our newsletter you agree to receive additional digital communication from A Nesting Place. You will receive updates about new products, sneak peeks/behind the scenes information and promotions. To unsubscribe from our email list – please click the link “Unsubscribe from this list” at the bottom of our emails.

FORCE MAJEURE

If A Nesting Place fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then A Nesting Place cannot be held responsible.
