SHIPPING

We will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from that you have made your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. It can take longer during during high seasons such as sales and Holidays.

We can not guarantee that all products shown at anestingplace.com are available in stock at the time of your order. If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and we will give you a full refund.
We use Postnord and DHL to fulfill the shipment.

Sweden:
- Standard shipping 2-3 days - free of charge.
- Express shipping 1-2 days - at 100kr.

Europe:
- Standard shipping 2-5 days - at a flatrate of 200kr.

PostNord (Sweden):
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.postnord.se

Postnord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

DHL:
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.dhlexpress.com/

Orders are shipped out from Stockholm, Sweden. All prices shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. A Nesting Place is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment, therefore, make sure to send the package well packed.


RETURN SHIPPING

How to make a return:
1. Contact us at info@anestingplace.com with the subject line “Return order”.
2. We will get back to you confirming the return. We will send you a return shipping label.
3. Pack the product properly, use the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, similar to that you received the package to you.
4. Attach the return label on the package.
5. Drop the package to a Postnord or DHL service point.
6. Once the package has returned to us you will receive a confirmation from us.

When returning a product, the cost for return shipping is payed by the customer (Exception of customers within Sweden, this is free of charge). Return shipping is adjusted in connection with the refund of your money. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
